To create an Arrow Out account, download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and tap "Sign Up". You'll need to provide a valid email address and create a password. After signing up, check your email for a verification link to activate your account.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you a password reset link. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security reasons.

Arrow Out requires iOS 14.0+ or Android 8.0+ (Oreo) to function properly. If your device meets these requirements but still shows as incompatible, it might be due to:

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Some anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Subscription cancellations must be processed through your device's app store:
For iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, select Arrow Out, and tap "Cancel Subscription".
For Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions, select Arrow Out, and tap "Cancel Subscription".
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to the app store's policies.
