How do I create an Arrow Out account?

To create an Arrow Out account, download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and tap "Sign Up". You'll need to provide a valid email address and create a password. After signing up, check your email for a verification link to activate your account.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter the email address associated with your account. We'll send you a password reset link. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. The reset link expires after 24 hours for security reasons.

The app keeps crashing. What should I do?

First, try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Force close the app and reopen it
  2. Restart your mobile device
  3. Check for app updates in your device's app store
  4. Clear the app cache (Settings > Apps > Arrow Out > Storage > Clear Cache)
  5. If problems persist, uninstall and reinstall the app

If none of these steps work, please contact our support team with details about your device and when the crashes occur.

Why is my device not compatible with Arrow Out?

Arrow Out requires iOS 14.0+ or Android 8.0+ (Oreo) to function properly. If your device meets these requirements but still shows as incompatible, it might be due to:

  • Device manufacturer restrictions
  • Regional availability limitations
  • Device architecture (some older 32-bit devices are not supported)

Check your device settings to confirm your OS version. If you believe this is an error, contact our support team with your device model and OS version.

How does Arrow Out protect my personal data?

Arrow Out employs multiple layers of security to protect your data:

How can I delete my Arrow Out account and all my data?

To delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open the Arrow Out app and go to Settings
  2. Tap "Account" then "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm your decision by entering your password
  4. Check your email for a confirmation link

Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. Some anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscription cancellations must be processed through your device's app store:

For iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, select Arrow Out, and tap "Cancel Subscription".

For Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions, select Arrow Out, and tap "Cancel Subscription".

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to the app store's policies.

Why am I experiencing slow performance?

Slow performance can be caused by several factors:

  • Internet connection: Check your Wi-Fi or cellular data connection
  • Device storage: Ensure you have at least 500MB of free storage
  • Background apps: Close other apps running in the background
  • App version: Make sure you're using the latest version of Arrow Out
  • Device performance: Older devices may experience slower performance with newer app versions
